Our goal is to bring this site steeped in history to life, through testimonies, courses, workshops, exhibitions and shows throughout the year.
Thanks to your presence, we can maintain this Charente-Maritime castle, the heritage of our Saintonge.

Throughout the year, a succession of varied events will enliven the castle and its gardens for young and old: animated tours, shows, workshops, tours, evenings, parties, exhibitions, shopping, markets...
Finally, visits suitable for children and to share with the family! Everyone can participate thanks to the game booklets distributed at reception. And twice a year during school holidays, specific activities are dedicated to them.

Why Prehistozen? In fact, it is a fun and educational journey on the theme of prehistory crossing flora exceptional in its diversity. A moment of zenitude in the freshness and calm offered by the banks of the Bruant, littered with reconstructed camps.
Préhistozen
Outdoor activity, structured around an orientation course coupled with observation, manipulation and logic tests, assisted by digital support on a tablet. (In french only)
The final objective is to find a chest in order to free a colony of ladybugs locked there.
Based on a fantastic theme, the plot is designed for a family audience from 6 years old.
